Create google account.

Login to https://gmail.com, manage your subscription service with this e-mail. For example, open https://odoo.com, register or login to use odoo service. 

Open drive.google.com. There is two menu that need to be check,  click "my drive" and "shared with me". 

Use google apps appropriately, to learn create one new document for each apps. Find your friends and colleagues google account, share the documents with them and start collaborate.
